As I write this and self reflect on where I came from to where I am now.
2013 I made a decision to step into my biggest fear after being at what I call my rock bottom, I will call it my "dark night of the soul" ... and then from there came my Phoenix Rising.
I stepped into the unknown, and got a divorce. Not knowing what my life would look like moving forward. It was a choice I HAD to make. It was not always easy in many ways. (stories for other times)
I started back on my spiritual path. A path of healing, discovering, growing and opening my consciousness and awareness.
Once I stepped into the fears and TRUSTED the universe, things started to happen for me. My intuition opened up, my channeling opened up, my empath abilities strengthened, and I found gifts I never knew I had, and some resurfaced that I had stuffed away from when I was younger. This brought me to becoming an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher® and Certified Soul Coaching Practitioner®. As well as creating my own spiritual Certification, Soul Development and now this Program, Consciousness Rising - Coming Out Of The Shadows - A Deeper Understanding of Self.
As my awareness and vibration grew, I came to a point of having to do the deep shadow work. (which never ends haha. - If you wish to have more info on shadow work please message me and I can send you my previous newsletter on shadow work).
The shadow work that some have told me "Oh that's easy stuff! ". I personally am not going to say it is easy. Without doing the shadow work you can not ascend fully into the 5th Dimension. It has been a pivotal part of my journey thus far.
The shadow presents itself when it is time, and there are things we need to recognize about ourselves. As well as heal the trauma we have been through.
The shadow brings us to;
The things that stop us from living.
The things that keep us stuck in our lives.
The limited beliefs.
The roots of our soul (the good and the BAD)
Our shadow shows us to dig deep into what one would think are faults within us and the things that are a reflection of us. On the other side of it is freedom. Freedom to see life in a different way. And for me the biggest part of it, it has brought me to a space of a higher vibration, 5D.
A space to find love in everyone and everything, no matter their choices in life with no judgements.
It is a space of gratitude and abundance.
A space of no longer needing to fit in.
A space of no limitations.
A space of co-creating with the universe.
A space of self acceptance and self love...... and on and on.......
It is a choice to want to ride this bumpy ride becoming your authentic self and listening to your soul.
A choice of Sovereignty.
A choice of beauty.
A choice of strengthening your gifts.
A choice of "being".
A choice of helping others on their journey.
With all my experience, growth and guidance I have decided to share what I have to offer on a bigger scale.
